Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We are currently only offering shipping in the USA on the website, but if you are interested in international shipping, please message us and we will definitely make it happen for you.
How long does shipping take?
Most items are already created and ready to ship next day. Everything is sent through USPS Ground Advantage which takes 3-5 days.
Please remember that once it is dropped off, timing is out of our hands and solely on the delivery service.
How do I track my order?
Once order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number.
You can always contact us with any questions.
Product Specific
How do I return an item?
Due to the nature of the products, we’re unable to accept returns at this time.
If there’s anything wrong with your order, please let us know—we’re happy to help!
How do I care for my products?
-Although acrylic lightweight and durable, please treat your earrings, keychains, charms with care.
-The graphics can scratch so give them an extra special place to live when not being used.
-Do not wear your earrings while bathing or showering.
-Avoid using chemicals, perfume, jewelry cleansers, or any aerosol products near the earrings.
-Only clean with water and mild soap (acrylic part only) . A lint free or microfiber cloth works great to clean fingerprints.
-Do not force or bend the acrylic as it can snap.
Are your stickers waterproof?
We have two types of stickers (listing will have it in description):
WATERPROOF: Meaning they can handle rain, spills, and even dishwashing without damage. They’re designed to stay vibrant and stick securely, even with extended water exposure.
WEATHERPROOF: Meaning they resist rain, sun, and snow. However, they’re not fully waterproof, so extended water exposure (like dishwashing or submersion) may cause damage. Handwash ONLY.
How do I order a Custom Design?
Message us and we will absolutely make that happen.
Keep in mind that there MAY be an amount minimum required.
